About Soleil
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker and PhD student in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Jungian and Archetypal Studies.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not simply about fixing what is wrong, but cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves.
Through self-compassion, expressive arts, mindfulness, and depth-oriented inquiry, I create spaces for reflection, creativity, and meaningful transformation.
A Personal Reflection
I have long been fascinated by the ways creativity, symbolism, and the unconscious shape our lives. Whether through dreams, art, music, storytelling, or moments of quiet reflection, I believe there are many paths to deeper self-understanding.
My work is guided by a respect for both the challenges and possibilities of the human experience, and by a belief that meaningful transformation often begins with small acts of awareness and compassion.
What Draws Me to This Work
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of my professional work and studies, I find nourishment through art, nature, meditation, yoga, music, and creative expression. Whether facilitating sound baths, attending drum circles, learning piano, exploring the handpan drum, or playing indigenous flutes, these practices continue to inform and enrich the way I understand healing, imagination, and the human experience.
I am but one wave in this vast ocean of life.
